  2. There is no longer interest in physical Mediumship even amongst spiritualists. Few Spiritualist sit for physical Mediumship these days.
I had spirit communication in my group and was even given instructions from the Scole group how to proceed but my spiritualist friends in the group were not interested. Shame! If this is what spiritualist have come too , I glad to have withdrawn from the movement.

  3. modest, always like nice, the way i love to see the beauty of the world and it's magic as normal, thank YOU! ps: never missed anything at all in this poddie, however you seem to have earned now the all-supreme superduper first-class ligue of youtobe – cheers 😉 …

  4. Good interview. Anyone; whats the inside story on Paul Selig legitamacy'. He solicits his mediumship services on his website. Surprisingly there is next to nothing' on a google search. Btw he recently was interviewed by Mr Mishlove?

  5. Regarding Eleonora Zugun, there's a YT documentary (Devil's Girl) that show some photographs of the bite-marks, along with some evidence that Eleanora might have assisted in the phenomena. Would love to see a documentary of other famous cases (Daniel Dunglas Home, Eusapia Palladino, Eva Carrière / Schrenck-Notzing) that show psychokinesis (physical-mediumship).

Regarding Jule Eisenbud's distinction between Schlemiel (source of misfortune/waiter) , Schlimazel (recipient of misfortune/customer) it reminds me of a great Revisionist History episode on Chutzpah!

BTW, Jeffrey's recollection of pushing down of the table, in the earlier interview Jeffrey suggest the same thing and Stephen answers almost the same as well (i.e. didn't recall having pushed down)!

  6. Kai is for sure no Fake. 7. Interesting, but let's face it. No credible medium truly able to levitate things is ever likely to engage in trickery, for if caught, it would obviously call into question all other "unexplained" events produced by that medium. And given the paradigm shifting implications of such events, one would expect the medium to submit to all kinds of scientific tests, especially since there is still a challenging $1,000,000.00 prize for anyone who can produce such events under carefully verifiable conditions. A truly legimate medium with such powers would obviously want to take that challenge, if only to prove scientifically that reality is not what science has tradictionally believed it to be.

  8. I’m not sure I will ever understand what makes a person want to “fake“ mediumship. Not only is what they are doing apparent and provable, but to my mind it’s a complete repudiation of the sacredness of our relationship to the spirit world and reflects a total lack of understanding on the part of the fake, about the reality of the spirit world and that we are all accountable beyond this life. They just don’t ’get’ the reality of mediumship. Faking or exaggerating our abilities as mediums is like pooping in the soup; no one will eat it. Spirit will leave the impersonator’s cause. Fake’s machinations only serve to cripple the public’s ability to trust in any form of mediumship.

I’m glad that there are researchers like this who help to separate the wheat from the chaff.

  9. The problem is that from time to time individuals exhibit special powers (Siddhis) as an impersonal affect of a certain level of consciousness. The special powers can then leave as suddenly as they arose, so the individual had to then fake it and continue to put on a show, generally for monetary purposes, hence why we see such high number of frauds.
