This was a great tutorial. All though, I have hair that barely reaches to my shoulder, and it didn't really work lol. But when my hair grows longer, I will definitely try again 🙂

I’m embarrassed to admit how long it took me to ultimately still fail at the rope braid (before this video) Man. Why is braiding so hard 😂 I swear, nothing has that quickly made me feel like more of an idiot.

I got one of those robe curlers, in black velvet, my hair is long, past my waist, but stick straight, I have done it three times, 2nd & 3rd time I used Paul Mitchell’s hair gel, the curl was beautiful for 5-10 minutes, then the curl immediately fell out, because my hair just does straight. No curling iron I’ve tried will curl my hair, no hot rollers, nothing will curl my hair.
Great video. But don’t show your kid. It is too young to consent in giving up its privacy.
Rope Braid. Been trying to figure that out but it always unwinds itself somehow. Our hair is down to the waist and we just cut off 6" so you know we've been trying all manner of lunacy. In the end, think we're growing it to extreme length again. Just…with more intentionality on our part. Thank you! 💕
