Meatloaf Recipe For Dry Ingredients
  • 500 gr ground beef (low fat
  • 1 cup dry bread(beaten)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 medium onions
  • Half a teaspoon of cumin
  • Half teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt
To fry;
  • 2-3 cups vegetable oil
For service;
  • Fried potato chips
How To Make Dry Meatloaf Recipe?

  1. We mix the dry bread, egg, grated onion (squeeze out the excess water) and spices that we take into the kneading bowl with our hands.
  2. Then we feed our minced meat with this material and knead for about 10-15 minutes (one of the tricks of making good meatballs is to knead well).
